你的班機是Delayed？Cancelled？

錯過轉機、班機延誤怎麼辦？出國旅行最怕的還是：「前一班飛機延誤，導致下一班飛機飛走了！」

當你在機場看著螢幕上的 Delayed (延誤) 或 Cancelled (取消)，甚至發現自己面臨 Missed Connection (錯過轉機) 時，該如何用英文跟地勤溝通並爭取權益？這篇機場突發狀況「生存英文」請先存起來！

一、先搞清楚差異

在找地勤理論前，先搞清楚現在是什麼狀況：

如果螢幕顯示 Delayed，第一時間要確認的是「原因」以及「是否會影響轉機」。

詢問原因：
- “What is the reason for the delay?” (請問延誤的原因是什麼？)
詢問預計延誤時間：
- “How long is the delay expected to be before we can board the plane?” (班機會被延誤多久才能讓我上飛機？)
擔心趕不上下一班：
- “I have a connecting flight to [目的地]. Will I be able to make it?” (我有銜接往 [目的地] 的航班，我還趕得上嗎？)
如果是航空公司的錯（如機械故障）：
- “Since the flight is delayed, are you providing any meal vouchers?” (既然航班延誤了，你們有提供餐券嗎？)

這通常是最混亂的時刻，請保持冷靜，直接詢問 Rebook (改票)。

要求安排新航班：
- “My flight has been cancelled. Can you rebook me on the next available flight to [目的地]?” (我的班機取消了，能幫我改訂下一班去 [目的地] 的飛機嗎？)
如果是隔天的飛機：
- “Since the next flight is tomorrow, will the airline provide hotel accommodation and transportation?” (既然下一班是明天，航空公司會提供飯店住宿和接駁嗎？)

如果你因為前一段航班延誤，眼睜睜看著下一班飛機飛走，這就是 Missed Connection。🥲

釐清責任： 如果兩段票是聯程機票 (On the same ticket)，航空公司必須負責幫你改簽。
